God takes sin seriously. Jerusalem's persistent rebellion brought judgment because the people continued to reject God's commandments. 2. Greater privilege brings greater responsibility. Jerusalem had been given God's commands but became more rebellious than the surrounding Nations. Great lessons for us to learn from!
